Holistic Health

In August of 2025, Ashley presented on the topic of Mental Health in Bristol for a group of Bucks County Women. Whether it's mental health, physical health or spiritual health: Holistic awareness of oneself is the key to managing mindset in a conflicted world. Ashley's lived experiences and professional walk allow her to build bridges of connection with people, empowering individual growth and evolution.
